White thyme, like oregano, is a powerful anti-viral and anti-microbial essential oil.  Steam distilled from the flowering tops and leaves of the herb, its aroma is penetrating, fresh and medicinal.  White thyme is an excellent bactericide and can be added to any blend to treat infection.  It is valuable for arthritis, muscle aches and pains, circulatory issues, respiratory ailments, skin imbalances, and to boost immunity.
