Lime oil is obtained from the peel of the fruit by cold extraction (expression.) It has a powerful, fruity, bitter/sweet aroma typical of the fruit.  Lime is an excellent tonic and purifying oil which is helpful in treating all congested body states, reducing fluid retention and inflammation and boosting the immune system.  It is particularly useful for treating arthritis, circulatory issues, infections and oily/acne-prone skin.
Blends well with:  all citrus, cedarwood, rosemary, geranium, ylang ylang
