Clove bud is distilled from dried cloves grown in Madagascar, and is familiar as a household spice. Clove bud oil has a warm, rich, penetrating, sweet-spicy aroma that is very distinctive. An excellent antioxidant oil, clove is also powerfully anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Its actions are tonic, stimulating, reviving and aphrodisiac, and it clears and freshens the environment when used in the diffuser.
Blends well with: orange, clary sage, cinnamon, sandalwood, allspice, ylang ylang
