Bergamot oil is obtained from the peel of a small citrus fruit grown in Italy. It has a refreshing, green, spicy-floral aroma best experienced by inhalation or in the diffuser. Bergamot is highly beneficial in the treatment of depression, anxiety and stress-related conditions. It calms and soothes the nervous system while uplifting and reviving one’s spirits. Photosensitivity can be avoided by selecting FCF (furocoumarin-free) bergamot.
