Allspice berry from the West Indies has a rich, warm, spicy aroma similar to cinnamon and clove.  Properly diluted in a carrier oil, it is excellent for treating arthritis, rheumatism, and muscle pain and stiffness.  Allspice can be used topically for respiratory and digestive issues, and is beneficial to manage stress, depression and nervous exhaustion.  It is also considered to be an aphrodisiac oil.
Blends well with: clove, cinnamon, orange, lemon, copaiba, sandalwood
